The company broke through a glass ceiling of £20m and Elephants Child supported them to deliver strong EBITDA growth and establish a business value which then increased to a premium.  We defined the business case and supported the recruitment of a Financial Director.  We balanced operational management with culture and strategy and helped to build and protect this family business that has now reached its 90th year.
