To establish a business development plan to take the turnover from over £42 million to £90 million and create a scalable systems model which could easily cope with the rapid expansion plan.

During the early stages of intervention a takeover offer was made by cruise and ski travel company Iglu.com resulting in a change to the short term planning objectives into a due diligence process which led to a successful outcome

Elephants Child worked with the senior management team to develop robust and scalable processes in line with the development plan. We managed a structure change across the sales team and project managed new telecoms system integration as well as overseeing the marketing strategy and plan.

Worked with the owners to define the business strategy and ensure that the business systems and processes were in place and operational on time for the takeover to maximise on value.
