Oliver has a strong track record in sales distribution, exceeding personal and channel targets for Financial Planning businesses. He is a sales leader and Myers Briggs practitioner who has built and managed successful sales teams.
As well as his work as a Business Growth Advisor, Oliver lectures on a Cambridge Masters course sharing his expertise on financial services, wealth businesses, mergers and acquisitions, practice buy outs and how firms measure and show their embedded value.
Oliver grew up in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, then began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers, helping both individuals and large businesses manage their tax planning in the most suitable and efficient way. Ten years of hands-on Financial Services change Management experience followed – advising Sales and Operations teams on how to evolve, become more efficient and more productive.
He works for Unicef UK on their Charitable Board, and plays the piano having recently refurbished his own baby Grand. Oliver lives in London and tries to play tennis whenever he can.
