Brady Last is an experienced managing director who helped to build and prepare Breakthrough Funding for acquisition to EY in 2020. Breakthrough Funding was a social impact business, putting ‘profit for purpose’ at the centre of their thinking. They helped small companies grow into great big ones by helping them access R&D tax relief.

After the sale, Brady worked for EY Breakthrough Incentives continuing her work helping a wide range of businesses access the much-needed R&D tax relief they needed to grow, and reinvest in innovative products and services.

Brady is keen to mentor owners and managers at companies who need support around succession planning.

Outside of work Brady enjoys spending time with her children and step-children and her volunteer role on the committee of her local cricket club.
