Bram van den Berg

Bram van den Berg is a senior interim and permanent leader with over 20 years’ experience in operations, people capability and large‑scale transformation across defence, aerospace, transport and automotive sectors.

He has spent the last decade at Babcock International in senior leadership roles, including Global Group People Capability Director and General Manager at Heathrow and Schiphol airports, leading large teams, complex operations and multi‑million‑pound budgets. Bram brings a strong mix of operational leadership, commercial focus and people‑led change, with a practical, delivery‑driven approach in high‑pressure environments.  He has a strong interest in AI-enabled approaches to transform how organisations develop talent at scale.

Outside of work Bram is a fanatic sports player, particularly tennis and football, as well as scuba diving. He enjoys gardening, drawing, and spending time with family.
