Chris Everard

Chris Everard is an experienced entrepreneur and business mentor who has built, grown and exited multiple businesses across sectors including retail design, events, employee benefits, flood defence and financial services support. He has founded seven businesses, successfully exited five, is currently exiting another, and has first‑hand experience of the risks that can destroy value. Chris now advises and mentors business owners and directors, bringing practical, real‑world insight into building scalable, resilient businesses and preparing effectively for exit.

Chris brings practical experience, calm judgement, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. He combines commercial insight with warmth, perspective, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a business and a life that works.

Alongside his business career, Chris is a keen motorcyclist and has travelled far and wide on two wheels. He served as a Vice President and Academy Coach at Leicester Tigers, and supports a number of charitable causes, including as a Trustee of Alex’s Wish and a volunteer with Leicester and Rutland Blood Bikers. He and his beautiful wife Deb have been married for over 40 years and they are proud grandparents.
