  Anne-Marie Molloy

Anne-Marie is an accomplished senior executive with experience predominantly in the private sector.  She has a track record of bringing innovations to market, many of which are household names with high profile media coverage.

Experienced in a number of industries including Telecoms, Financial Services and Payments, she combines strong business and industry understanding with a real commercial approach.

In the last few years Anne-Marie has focussed on acquisitions in the financial services arena which means she has real life, recent insight into the reality of selling and buying businesses, both the practical/commercial aspects and the human and cultural impacts.  She is an advocate of considered and proactive communication (internally and with media where appropriate) which helps people through the process, while protecting commercial objectives.

Anne-Marie has mainly worked in the UK and Europe, and has enjoyed working with people from many different geographies and cultures. She can adapt her style and working practice as needed to get the best results. Anne-Marie has managed significant budgets, teams of up to 80 (direct) and 200+ (projects).  Much of her work has been in heavily regulated environments – particularly Financial Services and Telecoms.

She grew up in North Yorkshire and having lived in London and the South West for much of her adult life, moved to Perthshire in Scotland two years ago.  Outside work she is a keen but intermediate skier and is enjoying getting to know Scotland, especially the beaches, mountains and lively cities.
