Chloe is a commercially astute business owner and human resource professional with over 25 years’ experience. Her career to date has included a number of entrepreneurial start ups, scaling and exiting her own HR outsourcing business in 2019. She now focuses on strategic HR and project management in a range of industries including, manufacturing, FMCG, medical devices, food production, retail, tech and social care.

After selling her business in April 2019, Chloe joined Elephants Child bringing her pragmatic and commercial approach to supporting its clients achieve their strategic people objectives.

Chloe likes to relax by spending as much time as she can outside, she is a keen shooter and member of the Cornwall Lady Guns, and shoots regularly throughout Cornwall and Devon. She has a passion for nature and spends her spare time on her small holding with her family, mad spaniels and menagerie of animals.
