 Ian Duffew

Ian is graduate trained in several areas of business management, specialising in human capital development and business growth. He has served at a senior level across several sectors including nuclear power generation, oil and gas, renewable energy, major infrastructure and recently the transport sector (including rail and automotive).

His previous organisations include Aker Kvaerner, Deep Ocean and Global Marine Energy. In the last decade, Ian has served as independent consultant/non-exec to several boards and senior management teams, facilitating organisational growth and development as well as independent coaching of business executives.

Ian holds a BSc (Hons) Degree from Sunderland University and has links with a number of professional bodies. He is experienced in collaboration and has a passion for corporate social responsibility.

Outside of work Ian enjoys keeping fit, spending time with his kids, is a leader at his local church and a Middlesborough FC Season ticket holder.
