Steve is a leader with executive board experience for a FTSE 250 PLC and has built a portfolio career supporting CEOs and their boards to grow and exit.

Having built and sold three of his own technology businesses, Steve understands the demands of smaller entrepreneurial companies, as well as growth strategies and governance policies more familiar in public businesses. His combination of large business acumen and start-up expertise brings hugely valuable experience to the herd.

Steve is a dad to a couple of GenZ children and enjoys the outdoors – walking with his dogs, skiing, cycling and playing golf. All at a slightly slower pace than he used to!
