Steve is the former CEO and founder of 3T Logistics and Technology Group, acquired by Aptean in November 2023.
He established 3T in 2000 to bring revolutionary technology and disruption to the logistics industry.

By 2023, 3T had transitioned from a Transport based 4PL to a thriving SAAS technology company managing the following:
• Over 3 million shipments per annum & freight costs exceeding €300 million
• 140 client locations across the UK, Continental Europe, and North America
• 50,000 daily transactions
• 2,000 active carriers

Under his leadership 3T developed a market-leading TMS, recognized by Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, supported by a robust 4PL operational foundation. Served major blue-chip clients such as Honda, JCB, Kraft Heinz, SAICA, KPLINPAC, BMI, Federal Mogul, ABF and Recticel.

Outside of work Steve enjoys football, rugby, cricket, these days primarily as a spectator. His hobbies are rock music and food – ideally enjoyed together.
