WHAT – was the catalyst that made you realise that you might need external support in the form of a Business Growth Advisor?
We were entering a new phase of development—relocating our HQ, expanding services, and managing growing operational complexity. It became clear we needed a structured, external perspective to challenge our thinking and help sharpen our focus.
